Schengen / UAE ResidentThe certificate is a formal document issued on letterhead, signed and sealed by the registered valuer. It is written in English and is suitable for direct submission to embassies, immigration consultants, and lawyers.

The certified fair market value of the property as on the date of inspection, based on a methodology-driven assessment and comparable sales analysis.
The report includes my IBBI Registration number, Chartered Engineer certificate details, and contact information — making it verifiable and credible to any embassy or authority.
The property is identified with the owner's name as per title documents. This links the asset to you as the visa applicant.
